Sometimes, it is fun to have a little taster when sitting down and entertaining family and friends with something a little different.
This is a quick and easy idea and could be part of a selection of party Canapes.
An Amuse Bouche is usually served on a special Amuse Bouche spoon, as shown in the image above and a fun way to start a meal before serving the starter course.

Ingredients

Tub good quality of Houmous (even better with roasted red pepper flavouring)

Pack of ready stuffed bell peppers (with cream cheese) from all good delicatessens.
Method
If you have Amuse Bouche spoons, then simply spoon a small amount of houmous and top with a bell pepper.
Otherwise, simply lay these on small individual serving bowls or pretty tea plates or even ornate coffee saucers.
