Sometimes, it is fun to have a little taster when sitting down and entertaining family and friends with something a little different.   

This is a quick and easy idea and could be part of a selection of party Canapes.   

 

An Amuse Bouche is usually served on a special Amuse Bouche spoon, as shown in the image above and a fun way to start a meal before serving the starter course.

Ingredients

 

  • Tub good quality of Houmous (even better with roasted red pepper flavouring)

  • Pack of ready stuffed bell peppers (with cream cheese) from all good delicatessens.

 

 

 

Method

 

If you have Amuse Bouche spoons, then simply spoon a small amount of houmous and top with a bell pepper.

 

Otherwise, simply lay these on small individual serving bowls or pretty tea plates or even ornate coffee saucers.
